Welcome to our company! Established by four dedicated ERP specialists, we combine extensive expertise and experience to deliver cutting-edge ERP solutions. On average, our team brings 18 years of NAV/BC experience to the table. Together as a team we’ve delivered some of the largest and best implementations of Business Central in the UK.

Our management team has such a fantastic balance of functional, technical and customer / stakeholder management skills. We have Adrian Johnson, an experienced Business Central practice lead and solution architect. We have Racheal Fearn, a fantastic lead consultant with a strong finance background who ensures finance is at the heart of any solution implementation we do. On the technical side we have Dara Sor whose exceptional knowledge of the development capabilities of Business Central has paved the way for him being a lead developer on many successful implementations. Last but by no means least we have Linas Gricius, a fantastic lead developer and technical architect, underpinning the strong Business Central customisation knowledge Linas utilizes advanced integrations solutions to connect and empower Business Central to talk with other external systems.

Adrian Johnson

Adrian is an accomplished professional and practice lead, widely recognized for his functional and technical expertise. With exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities, he excels in clear communication, innovative problem-solving, and embracing emerging technologies, all while maintaining a strong client-centered approach. Key highlights of Adrian’s career include:

Over 26 years of success in implementing ERP solutions, including Navision, NAV, Business Central, SAP Business One, and various versions of Sage.
Extensive experience with the wider Dynamics platform, from CRM version 4 to the latest Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service applications, as well as the supporting Power Platform.
Leadership as Head of ERP at Tisski Limited, where he defined implementation standards and practices for Business Central projects, ensuring top-tier delivery and documentation quality.
Proven ability to collaborate with management teams, project steering committees, stakeholders, business process owners, and end-users.
Active involvement in all project phases, from initial pre-sales meetings and demonstrations to go-live and seamless transition to support.

Dara Sor

Highly skilled and passionate Lead/Senior Business Central developer with over 12 years of development and implementation experience. With a proven track record of delivering complex projects, he is an invaluable asset in optimising business processes and enhancing system capabilities. Extensive Business Central & NAV Experience – Deep expertise across multiple versions, from NAV5.0, NAV 2009 to Business Central SaaS, including upgrades, implementations, and system configurations.
Seamless System Integrations – Successfully integrated Business Central with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 bespoke Field Service solutions, Azure File Storage, and third-party applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and automation.
